Order Handling Overview

  • Orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment confirmation
  • Daily order cutoff time: 5:00 PM (EST)
  • Shipping is available within the United States mainland only
  • Estimated delivery time: 15–20 business days after shipment

Our products are shipped from our warehouse located in China. To better support customers in the United States, we also maintain a U.S. office at the following address:

Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 natural days from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused and unworn
  • All original tags attached
  • Returned in original packaging
  • No visible signs of wear, washing, stains, or damage

We accept returns in the following situations:

  • Buyer’s remorse (change of mind)
  • Non-defective items
  • Items that arrive damaged or defective

Non-Returnable Items

Based on the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Clothing that has been worn, washed, or shows signs of use (including stains, odors, or damage)
  • Items without original tags or original packaging
  • Clothing that has been altered after delivery
  • Items damaged due to improper handling or care after receipt
  • Hygiene-sensitive garments that are not in a clean and resellable condition

Items that do not meet the above return conditions may be rejected after inspection and returned to the sender at their expense.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • A 1% return processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount
  • We do not provide prepaid return labels

Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via email at service@HeyingStyle.com within 30 natural days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for return
  3. Ship the item using a trackable shipping method
  4. Keep your tracking number until the return is confirmed received

Refund Processing

Customs Duties and Taxes

For shipments to the United States, certain orders may be subject to customs procedures.

Any applicable import duties, taxes, or related fees:

  • Are determined by U.S. regulations
  • Are the responsibility of the recipient
  • Are not included in product prices or shipping costs
  • Are not collected by HeyingStyle

We recommend reviewing potential charges before placing an order.

Seasonal Return Extensions

During certain periods, such as major holidays, the return window may be extended. Any updates will be clearly announced on our website.
