Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is successfully completed.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
  • During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following location:

  • United States (mainland only)

We do not ship to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories
  • APO/FPO military addresses
  • Small offshore islands

At this time, we do not offer shipping to countries outside the United States.

Shipping Origin

All products are shipped from our warehouse in China. 

Estimated Delivery Time

  • United States (Mainland): 15–20 business days

Delivery time is estimated from the date of shipment, not the order date.

Please be aware that delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Customs inspections
  • Public holidays
  • Carrier delays or flight disruptions

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated based on the order value:

  • Orders from $0.01 to $49.99 → Shipping fee: $9.99
  • Orders of $50.00 or more → Free shipping

Free shipping applies only to eligible addresses within the mainland United States.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.

Tracking information may take several days to update after shipment.

Customs Duties and Taxes

For international logistics processes involved in fulfilling U.S. orders, customs procedures may apply.

Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by U.S. customs regulations and must be paid upon arrival if required.

  • These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
  • These charges are not set or collected by HeyingStyle.
